We’re seeking motivated real estate agents to partner with a licensed contractor in SoCal.

What You’ll Do:
- Talk to homeowners about options to add value to their homes
- Refer interested leads to our licensed contractor
- Maintain relationships (great way to stay top-of-mind for future listings!)

Who We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Real Estate Agents
- Strong communicator, motivated, and client-focused
- Bilingual a plus but not required
- No previous construction experience needed
Skills:
- Strong sales skills to effectively promote services and close deals.
- Excellent organizational skills and client relationships efficiently.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele.
